Student Feedback from the WILD2 Initiative Event 2009.

I think I have improved a lot between WILD1 and WILD2 and believe further improvement is possible.

Learning about aspects of myself so I can change how I interact with others.

Sensible approach to teaching – not just lectures and games but an emphasis on development throughout the learning experience.

Working in teams in fun safe challenging environment.

Learning more about own strengths and weaknesses.

Understanding the value of each leadership and working style.

Knowledge about self in leadership style and the fun had over the weekend.

Learning your own communication/learning styles and how all can interact successfully in a team – opportunity to discuss at end.

So good to have the opportunity to "practice" these skills.

Learning about different management styles – this is something I'll be able to consciously apply at work.
