Providing programmes that develop teams of experts into expert teams

WILD 2

Achieve success through maximising your people skills

WILD 2 focuses on high performance people skills for leaders; it is a hands-on practical leadership development programme. It creates a supportive learning environment, in which you can examine and discuss the challenges and successes you face in the day-to-day management of your staff. The schedule ensures that your individual learning needs and management challenges are recognised.

Why choose this programme?

This five-day intensive programme will help you focus on the areas of your job in which successful interaction with others is key, and show you how you can develop strategies to improve your people skills

You'll learn to:

  • Understand the impact you have on people
  • Motivate and generate enthusiasm
  • Build teamwork and establish cooperation between diverse groups

Who is this programme for?

Senior professionals or executives who interact with others as a key part of their role and who need to build effective working relationships within their organisation and/or with clients they deal with regularly.

Participants need to be able to identify at least seven key individuals (colleagues or clients) who can provide feedback on their interpersonal skills via an anonymous 360-degree survey.
