ILD is a unique leadership and team building development business, operating in the West Country, established for over 15 years and a member of the Institute for Outdoor Learning.

It's unique because we are passionate about what we do and firmly believe that there is no better way to understand your strengths; qualities; leadership potential and your purpose within a team, than to thrust you with your team or other potential leaders of industry together, in a challenging, adventurous and natural environment with equally challenging activities.

We have a wide range of activities and opportunities to enable individuals and teams to develop and evolve into organised, effective and responsive performers. The opportunities and coaches we provide have been "tried and tested" over many years with spectacular results.

It is not an objective of any of the programmes to push a delegate beyond a physical level at which they are not comfortable. The physical aspects of the course are not there as a prime objective, but merely as a backdrop against which each delegate can participate at a level appropriate for themselves as an individual and develop their leadership and team building potential.
